Here is his message. Scry ____________________________ Hierarchs, not everyone is present on the Hierarch list. Please ensure that your neighbors have heard this message and likewise pass it along. A small but growing number of cities around the globe have had widespread outbreaks of Abyssal taint, begun by former Seers that have become Abyssal themselves. Several Awakened of these areas are missing and presumed dead - this is not a mild threat. The Orders, collectively, are organizing resources and expertise to be available to aid you should your area face a threat. Should you find one of the warning signs below, please contact this group so that they can coordinate with you for our greater safety. Warning Sign: (1) Dreams involving the tearing down of Watchtowers, ritual sacrifices, and/or chanting in a corrupt version of High Speech. Outbreak: (2) Cultists performing rituals that flood an area with Abyssal taint. They can and will defend themselves to be able to complete these rituals - with resources than can overwhelm local Awakened. More than one ritual may be attempted per city, in different locations.
